When to adjust image brightness
Brightness changes every pixel by a consistent amount. It is useful for photos that are slightly too dark, screenshots with low visibility, and product images that need a cleaner white background.
Use small adjustments first. Very high brightness can wash out highlight detail, while strong darkening can hide shadows.
